I never fell in love with the 2010's rear but it doesn give it a "newer" look if that makes any sense, i like the bulkiness of my 08. but the front of the 2010 is very much improved.

Care to Explain. Seriously.

This is for the Mustang guys: how much power can you build in the 2010/2009mustangs before you have to build up the car to support it? I know the GT500 is a beast when it comes to this, but how is the GT?

A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

stock 05-09 will hold around 460 to the crank after that you def. want some rods.. some people push it to 500 at the crank and i know of a guy on another forum that has been driving his car with 500hp for 2 years now but i dont think it's a very good idea, the guy says he will run it till it blows up. everyone on the forum got on his ass about it but till this day he is still tempting fate lol

Edit: found some tuning info on VMP

http://www.vmptuning.com/forum/showthread.php?t=852

this guy is running 489 to the wheels, well i guess they can push it lol

not sure when they start to let go actually, ehh ya learn something new every day
check out this forum for more tune results

http://www.vmptuning.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=20
oh damm look at this guy lol

i guess they are not worried about their engines

Also, I'm pretty positive that if you have the money, you can get a supercharger that will net you that amount of power. To say that you cannot on the camaro yet is being unreasonable. The car has not been out long enough to justify such claims.... this new Mustang has been out for like forever, and I'll be honest, I'm getting tired of seeing them (too damn many of them out here).
The 2010 mustangs been out for like 4 weeks. I've seen one person (Friday) that owned one besides me. I was the first in the state. Now how in the hell are you seeing so many when I live in the 11th largest city in all of the USA? :S

I live in Southern California, the Car Capitol of the world.

I have seen at least a dozen different 2010 mustangs so far, but, (here's the kicker), THEY LOOK ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE THE OLD MUSTANGS! All the 2010 Mustang has that is different is a slight face lift; it is nothing new. I went and test drove one last weekend, and the salesman told me his dealership sold 11 in the past week or so. That tells you how easily it is to obtain a Mustang out here.

I everywhere you look, you see this latest body style Mustang (I mean 2005-2010), and honestly I am fed up with it.

Um, a slight face lift? Okay yes they changed the grille, but the substantially changed the sides AND the backend. There isn't a single piece on that car that matches the 2005-2009 but the roof.

Call me crazy, but I thought Detroit was the car capitol.
