The closure of that thread only proved my point... That many of the men in the forum cannot just keep their remarks to themselves. For a while there, the conversation was civil. Some of the guys even seemed like they genuinely wanted to know exactly what was offensive, so they wouldn't commit the same mistakes themselves. But, alas, there is a LOT of immaturity here. One of the mods sent me a message letting me know that, if the thread got too labor intensive to monitor, he would shut it down. I understand that. They have a lot of threads to watch... It would be easier with more mods, some female???

I think I found one here on C5 actually, speaking of which... he's got my attention, for sure-- and extremely considerate.

I was told today - "You sure are pretty for a blonde."

Uh.

Well.

After a weird silence, I responded "Well, thank you." Then I just sort of grinned and walked off to help a customer.

WTF was I supposed to say to that?

I guess that was their attempt of being kind and trying to compliment me but it sure sounded weird.

I know I don't say a whole bunch around here but I just wanted have a "CC's WTF Moment" with you all.

I am sure someone on here will give you a good comeback for future use. Just remember there is no limit to the amount of ignorant people in the world.

I have been a victim of adult onset acne (which is actually more common than teen acne...), and recently found that the Clearasil 4 hour really does help quickly! But if it's more than just a few blemishes, I've heard great things about Proactiv... AND - wipe your telephones down with disinfectant... I always break out where the phone at work touches the front of my chin.
For the super duper bad ones, when you need it gone fast, find a spa with an aesthetician who uses one of those zappers (blue light, electric, smells like ozone when it's doing its thing... I don't know what it's called) - even Mount Vezitvious will be gone in a day.
