Just goes to show what hard work can do! So many people get to be seriously overweight, and just tell themselves "I can't do it, it's genetics". 99% of the time, it's just an excuse. Keep the up the good work, you look great!

Thanks everyone I really appreciate it!
Still doing cardio everyday and started weights last week, MWF
Had two cookouts yesterday and another today... still making the best choices.
Going to weigh in tomorrow morning to see if I gained from this weekend.

Don't bother weighing in Always weigh at the same time each week. I like friday, because I don't workout on the weekend. And I go "up" as much as 4 pounds over a weekend. Retained water weight from not sweating is most of it. But it'll discourage you possibly more than it should if you weigh in.

I coudlnt resist the scale, and i was not dissapointed! Lost 1 pound over the weekend and 1% body fat! lol

Also, I applied for a job at the gym by my house today!

Ugh... so it's the time of year. 2 months until prime beach season, and just like the "New Years Resolution Warriors" that quit by March, the would be beach goers are in the gym. Flooded with people today. So to rant...

If you're new to your gym... please pick up your effing weights and put them back where they belong when you're done. Check your ego at the door... you look like a fool when you lift more than you should be lifting. Not one single person gives a crap how much you're lifting, especially if you look like slob while doing it. If you don't know what you're doing, please ask someone that does before your hurt yourself. And good lord, stop sitting on the equipment when you're not using it!

A little irritated today...

Summer is almost here so I am doing a 10lb cut. Down 4lbs in 2 weeks. So, technically I am in the weight loss mode right now..lol
