We have a Homer too! Found him abandoned as a newborn (eyes still closed) under a low platform in my shed. There was only enough room for me to lay flat on the dirt floor and get my arm under the platform. But he was about two feet farther back in the corner than I could reach. I found a flat piece of wood that I could slide back near him, but I didn't dare try to push it under him because he was so small and frail. He was crying, so I tried calling him. He actually crawled toward the sound of my voice! I coaxed him onto the wood and slid him safely out. I decided then to call him Homer, because of the way he came to me.
He was heavily infested because he was laying on a dirt floor. We cleaned him up, after which his fur all fell off for awhile. But it grew back, and now a couple years later, the fragile little kitten is pushing 20 pounds!

I will post some pics when I get the kit. It looks pretty easy to do and the results from what I have seen are pretty impressive...

BTW... My mod fest starts this afternoon......

Vince

Send that cat on down here to the desert where coyotes can be seen trotting down the street and across the golf course I live close to.
We'll name him "Coyote Bait"!!
