I took my baby in Monday for the airbag sensor recall as you all know. They found a faulty sensor in the passenger seat that wouldn't allow the airbags to turn on all the time and had to order the part. I got it back this afternoon.... with this big ding in the top of the drivers fender....
I am steaming and I didn't see it until I got it home in the garage and went to wipe it down with the California duster.....

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!

Deep cleansing breath, in through your nose & out through your mouth, Repeat after me "They will make my baby good as new" repeat as needed.
Seriously though, I would be ticked too. Just go in with a cool head asumeing they will make it right & save the assertive voice under the anger for if needed. Hope it goes well & sorry about your baby.

I had better be satisfied... There is no excuse for shoddy, careless and disrespectful work like this. I understand accidents happen... but the tech should have owned up to it before they returned the car or maybe fix it before they gave it back

Hey Vince-
Hard to tell from the pics, but a little touch up paint carefully applied should fix you right up. I ALWAYS get them to throw in a tube of touch up piant when I buy a new car.
Anyway, bummer bro and another reason I NEVER take my car in to the dealership for ANYTHING. I hope you get resolution of some sort from those A-holes!
