We had dairy cows till about 1994. I was still a kid so I don't remember much about it. We have an unused milk parlor with all the bulk tanks still in place.

Dairy beef is the cheapest kind of beef out there. There's no fat, therefore it tastes horrible. Jersey beef is even worse from a consumer standpoint because what little fat is in the meat has a yellow tint to it.

New horses Trapper and Sailor. Trapper the one with Skip is like a dog. Follows you everywhere. Sailor is a team roping horse, great ride, very shy.
