Just finished my first workout after 6 months away from the gym....... maybe squats weren't a good idea, had to fight the urge to vomit

thats exactly what my weekends conisit of, detailing cars. glad its a hobby, because it takes up alot of time, but there is nothing wrong with making more $$$$
