Makes sense. Though "reasonable suspicion" is a pretty big gray area that can vary between officers. Again, not trying to start anything.

You are absolutely right. That's why point #2 is so important.

".....reasonable suspicion based on articulable facts." If you can't explain the "why" you did something, you have no reasonable suspicion for doing it.

nice. for the valve cover bolts, you should be able to get away without sealant.
