Thats crazy!! Yeah I would sign up. But the good thing is now you know those routines you can do them on your own and improve on them.

Get rid of the OJ. You're better off having a glass of 1% milk

I have been eating sweet potatos and oatmeal now! quick question with the sweet potato kalimus had said 120 cal for an entire one, when I was doing research online I read 55 cal for 60g. When I weighed it 60g was hardly nothing... so what do you guys think?

also cfd, what are your stats for lifting?
That is about right, 4 oz (112g) is 120 cals, Different databases have different amounts but they are usually pretty close. A 4oz serving would be about 1/2 the size of a baseball.

Below is my current workout.

Its gotta depend on the size of the potato as well, I wish they all came in a standard size and weight... it would be so much easier! lol Ok so they were saying 200 cal for 8oz, I had been weighing out 2oz to be around 50 cal. Thats not bad, they taste like candy! lol

Thanks for posting that cfd! it gives me ideas for new workouts

The purpose of the chart isn't necessarily to tell you what to eat... it's telling you the value of it if you choose to eat it If you don't want to drink milk... drink water ;-)

A glass of orange juice won't kill you, but if you want the fastest, healthiest way to burn that fat off, stay away from sugar drinks. Any fruit juice, soda... anything with a high sugar content

I skin and boil like 3 or 4 potatoes, mash them, add in cinnamon and nutmeg, and then portion into several 8 oz helpings and put them in the fridge
