Any 2011/12 jeep cherokee owners around?

So life is coming to that point where i want different things out of a vehicle. I love my camaro, its been dependable and fun and compliments fall on it as rain in a tstorm ........... but its time for something different sadly.

I recently went and checked out many suvs and i must say the 2012 grand cherokee overland 4x4 had me grinnin. I did some research but on a vehicle this new Im not getting much.

I am wondering if anyone here owns one and just wanna know your thoughts about it. Has it been a good vehicle so far, is the offroad capabilities pretty decent ect.

My wife drives the 2011 version of the overland. Nice ride, tons of bells and whistles, and has the 5.7 hemi. No major issues so far. Powertrain wise, it has lots of oomph, but the transmission has too big of a gap between 2nd and 3rd, and under full acceleration it noticeably bogs until the revs climb back up a bit.

Haven't done much offroading, but when we had the 2 ft of snow, it was nice to go to "offroad height level 3" and just roll right through it.
