This is true, everyones body is different. When I lift on an empty stomach I get nauseas but as long as I have a good solid meal in I'm good. I workout early afternoon so I usually have a couple of meals in me already.

I actually had a hard time with water, cool or room temp, so
I sip vitacoca water -Coconut Water. I think I need to chart
meals prior to working out and see what's working and what's
not.

Lol not where i work out lol. She has nothing to be ashamed of with her age. She was willing to offer it so it doesnt hurt to refer back to it. I am a physical therapist and its a fact we all have limitations as we age rather we like or want to admit it! It happens to us all so for those that continue to work out throughout their lifetime i envy them! And if u pair ur diet and workout habits heads up with a 25 year old they will run circles around u lol thats just the facts but given ur in great shape then i agree u will out perform many youngsters that are in average shape!

Plus with her post and rep on here she seems like a very easy going person that would not take offense to those types of unintentional gestures lol she mentioned her age and post menopausal with i can detect great humor in as well!

Lol hey guys! great to see everyone back here been reading all the post.

I have been eating sweet potatos and oatmeal now! quick question with the sweet potato kalimus had said 120 cal for an entire one, when I was doing research online I read 55 cal for 60g. When I weighed it 60g was hardly nothing... so what do you guys think?

I love sweet potatos...

The sweet potatos (yams) have ~120 calories.

Finished my one month G-Fit program officially yesterday!

Down 13 lbs; lost 3.5 inches in my waist, 2.5" in my hips, 2" off my thighs, 2" off my biceps.
