im a recent fan of the camaro myself. my plan is to buy a 2011/2012 1SS, after all first model year bugs get worked out

im banking on it. even if the mustang does get the HP bump i might still do camaro, just for a change. my guess is they'll be about even by then but the LS3 will be nice change

Thing about what the current stang would do with 400hp

if it's performing how it is now with a measily 315hp

yes i know. it will be an excellent car, but the camaro is a cool ride, no doubt, and i have respect for the LS2 in the GTO; the LS3 is an obvious improvement on that. if GM irons out all of these hiccups then i think it will be a solid car. w/ two 400hp american ponys i think there's little reason to consider anything else in the future, camaro or mustang, both will be excellent cars

The genisis is not awesome I found it uninspiring when I drove it. The challenger is a nice car but I'd does feel hefty and I hate the steering wheel. The camaros interior and I do not get along and the trunk and quality issues bug me. I also dislike the non available gadgets for the price. For me Driving both the camaro and mustang was fun and fast. The stang felt lighter and more tossable. It also felt just as fast as the maro. The interior is a win for me and so are the amenities, plus the trunk is more usable. Any questions?

yea it ended up that way and for me Mustang won hands down. The IRS and 111 hp difference disk translate into a huge performance dfference (.2 sec) so it came down to usability and creature comforts for the price and interior. Mustang for me wins hands down. Realisticaly I will never take my car to the track those days are over. So I am happy with Mustangs times and the fact that the live axle is almost nonexistant made the car quiet and smooth. I find no negatives with Mustang
