Thanks! I cannot wait till my semester ends so i can dedicate the entire day to working out. How does everyone else find time their busy schedules?

Here are a few smoothie recipies. They are the proper ratios for a fat burning/muscle buiding diet. They are nutritionaly correct and intended to be used as meal replacements. Delicious too!!

Disregard the link to Prograde protein powder, any protein powder can be used.

Glad to share them.

A note on the protein powder in these smoothies. These use a large amount of protein powder which is a necessity when building muscle, if you are mostly working at fat loss you can reduce the protein content. Just remember as they stand they fall within the 60/40 ratio's which work excellent for fat loss in most cases.

Thanks, i am hoping by summer i will be at my goal weight then I am going to work hard on the toning. I have been drinking six star nutrition elite series whey protein, but i just saw their new line which is an isolate and packs more protein with less everything else for about $25. I think that will be my next buy. 30g protein 140 cal

I know some folks say they are not good but I am still lovin' my soy protien. I use gen i soy unflavored, powdered milk/water & frozen fruit. What say you about this?
