Pinched nerves come from not doing enough stretching after workouts. Thats what my dr. told me when i called about my nerve pain in my back. All gone now!

glad to see the Yankees ruined the Sox 100th anniversary of that warehouse they play in

i got a pinched nerve last two times while lifting weights. had numbness all the way to my hand, coming from my neck, pectoral muscle like lost all tone. i was screwed up over a year. went to the chiropractor over 5 times. now i'm trying to be a lot more careful. i wasn't born to be a power lifter.

We text pretty much daily. His hoe butt is doing pretty good. Sent me a pic of his bathroom business yesterday. So I'm boycotting him. GROSS.
