It's a very good recipe, check out the nutrient ratio's and their sources.

You've got that backwards.
I'm glad to see you all keeping up with me

I actually glance at every post that gets added and if I feel I can be of any help I will jump right in.

I've just been super busy, spring time in a motorcycle shop does that but I do keep up with my workouts and this thread.

Most of the carbs and cals come from the oatmeal and the remainder from the apple. 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal is about 27g carbs so 3/4 cp would be about 40 carbs, an apple is about about 20 carbs so 1/2 would be 10. These 2 items account for about 50g carbs.

Each pancake has the proper ratio of nutrients to be excellent for fat burning and is large enough to be a complete meal and may be to many cals for those cutting or trying to loose weight so you can break it in half to limit the calorie intake or cut the ingredients down proportianately but breaking it in half is easy and makes 2 meals that means half as much work.

If you try these you will see it can be very useful in making a simple meal you can take with you and nibble on anytime. Eating 1/2 with a bottle of water or cup of coffee will fill you up.

Back on pg 1, post #25 is a food chart that shows a breakdown of nutrient values
