It is true. We have all been watching your progress on C5 and FB. I would have given up by now with all you have going on in your life. Keep up the good work.

I cut out TV and that has really helped. I am almost back to my normal fit weight. Only 4lbs left to go. Living this lifestyle is actually easy. You just have to be mindful.
