Well I'm so glad you like your new workouts and I'm very proud of you for loosing 6lbs in two weeks. Glad things are starting to move for you!

Good to know I'm not alone. Luckily I work out at my house now (we have a kick ass gym in progress) and so I dont have to fight those guys for the machines anymore. They do get cranky.
Oh, I hate the workouts. They're painful. LOL. But they work! And Gabby does more of a total lifestyle change in this thirty days rather than just diet and exercise, which is pretty cool. Lots of support. I'm really liking it

And I feel like I am looking much better! My face is skinnier. LOL

I love P90X/Insanity workouts. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Give it time. When you start getting stronger I think you'll start to like them more. I think next I'm going to try the Beachbody program Turbo Fire its targeted for women. Well thats good, and the support is probably nice. I just want you to start think about sustainability and how are going to tweak her program to maintain it for the future. But I'm VERY VERY happy for you!

As far as sustaining, I'm going to keep up with the workouts 2-3 times a week with some cardio added in, and just focus on eating more natural stuff; just a general lifestyle change.

Right now she has us doing this thing where we eat a serving of fruits or veggies every hour. Supposed to kick our metabolisms into high gear.

Shake cleanse was last week.

A group as a whole tends to be smarter than the smartest person in that group until one jackass convinces everyone otherwise.
