i have lost 104 as of this morning! was at 201, my goal is to be in the 100's by Monday!

I am 1 month away from competing and my new plan has me doing double cardio 5 days a week so please excuse the absence! I am whooped by the end of the day! Gonna be ready though!

Ok...so my son wants to go out tonight for his 16th birthday family dinner...instead of tomorrow ( the real b day) So....I now since I'm doing very well...I will allow myself a small treat...within reason, of course. ...and I don't think one tiny little dessert will make me gain weight ...right? Hahaha!!!

A little treat here or there is fine. Just dont treat yourself daily hahaha. I try to work them into my calories, or sometimes I just have a day that I eat what I want, with in reason, and in correct portions this is my cheat day. My cheat day I NEVER go over 2000 calories and I aways workout.

So I think I need new cross trainers... Everytime I jump rope, I get a pinched nerve in my back. And its not a good feeling.

Alright....dinner for my son's birthday was last night. I didn't end up having a dessert ...ate well as well...but had one of their "Banana Martinis" instead.

Awesome Jo! People say its hard to go out and be healthy and its really not if you know what to look for and how much to eat. Dont like bananas but love martinis!
