Sure!

That should be pretty easy since I don't have to change the image of the burban in any way, just add the smiliey. I'll post up a few examples and you all can pick the one you like.

No sweat. Actually, you don't need flash. You can do it with adobe image ready if you have that. Flash is good if you are making the animation from scratch... I'm just stealing an existing animated smiley and adding it to a jpg.
