Nope, it is very mixed neighborhood. I have no idea what goes on at night. It is loud and car doors are always opening and closing. Kids screaming. I had to tell at a guy a few weeks ago to leave because he was playing with the neighbor's kids. I asked him where he lived and he said not in this area. I said get lost you have no right playing with 8 year olds. He also had a group of teens with him. Sorry but I thought it was creepy. I got a thank you from the girl's father.

I hate the state of my neighborhood.. everything was great when i was a kid.. now it has slowly gone more and more down hill.. I cant even drive down the street without some stupid kids leaving giant power wheels toys in the middle of the street and other things..
