I see....I would say it's an appearance mod to the car, but wouldn't put it in a mod list.

I don't either, but thats because I don't view it as a performance mod
Now if they ask what I did, everything I did to the car, then yes I mention tint. Thats because I had to get it myself so I modified the car from its factory status

my appearance mods are very minor, but added up, it looks like a lot. the price of my appearance mods was probably around 200-300. performance, was probably around 5k. lol
