one time, TWO people left the office and left both their cac's in their keyboard...we switched them out with each other. so when they came back, they tried putting in their passcode and it didn't work. they tried 3 times and got locked out. so they had to spend the rest of the day at Pass & ID, getting a new card.

Thing is, the cards have your picture on them, and it's facing you. lmao
