FIRST POST
Just got my 2012 LS1 a couple weeks ago. Just wondering if you guys had any good tips on shifting the manual....... RPM Range that is. with TC and EPS off to still seems to be sluggish. Thanks in advance! only have around 900 I know break in is 1500. I just don't want to get the rpms too high.

Congrats on the car!!
I shift between 2000 and 3000, as long as I let the clutch out slow enough its nice and smooth. But could be different on a V6

Camaro588, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Shift suggestions
Welcome to Camaro 5. Don't rev over 4,000RPM until after you break in 1500 miles. Drive at different speeds, both highway and in town avoid consistant speeds. Recommend a Hurst shifter easy to install and reduces the throw 40%, see pics of mine.
