It's taking Apple SIX DAYS to replace my damn trackpad.
Every time I needed something replaced on my Dells, they would send me the part, a book of instructions, and tell me to find a screwdriver and do it myself. Which I did. IN THIRTY MINUTES. Never. Freaking. Again.

2009. The guy told me he had the part in store and would be able to swap it out in a day or so. It's been SIX DAYS.
