Warranty?

At least your MAF doesn't look like the ground underneath a pine tree.. no s**t my idle is 1200 rather than 750.

nope, warranty won't cover it. I guess apex performance found out that GM used different maf sensors for the v8 camaro. Some maf sensors have just a letter on them (weak) and some have a combination of a letter and a number (strong). They found this out because they were installing vararam intakes on a few cars, and some of the cars were not running as strong. they concluded that it had to be the maf sensor. The maf sensors pass GM inspection either way, because they technically run fine under stock conditions. only need to worry about it if your car feels slow, and/or you modify the intake/TB.

So once i get a new intake, i'll order one of the strong MAF's.

if my car is weaker, i can't imagine how it will feel with a stronger MAF sensor, because i was fishtailing in 3rd gear on the way home today.
