PONTIAC

I was a Pontiac Nut for 10 years. My first car I bought when I was 16 was a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE Sedan White my only four door car I owned lol I then purchased the rest of these

2000 Pontiac Grand AM GT1 Coupe Silvermist (Used)
2003 Pontiac Grand AM GT1 Coupe 30th Anniversary Galaxy Silver(new)
2006 Pontiac G6 GTP Coupe Black (new)
2008 Ponitac G6 GXP Coupe Black (new)
I still own a 2008 Pontiac G5 Coupe Black (new) co-own with my mom I just use it in the winter months when the camaro can't get around.
My 2010 Camaro is my first new Chevy and I have noticed I love her MUCH better. Camaro Owners are much nicer than Pontiac Owners and the AFTERMARKET is ALOT BETTER.

Not to worry, you can get a converted Challenger too.

While Plymouth may be gone, I heard the Challenger is going to be canned and a light weight muscle car with the Cuda name is going to take it's place.

If they made a firebird Id have it.
I miss my 90 bird and 89 formula..... Loved them.
certain clones look good, most dont. I think they could of done a 1st gen and it would of rocked... Ive seen some that are a mix of all that are decent too. but very easy to ugly them up if it isnt thought through...

And Pontiac didn't "make" either one of those cars.
Holden (Australian GM subsidiary) produced them in Australia and shipped them here rebadged with the Pontiac nameplate.

Not really the same thing at all.
GM (Chevrolet) has a plant located in Canada building the Camaro.
Pontiac never had a factory in Australia.
Holden (A GM Subsidiary) is the company there.
The Holden Commodore is still being produced and sold in Australia.

You wish Pontiac was still around? So GM could lose money and run out of business? That would not be a win. Usually the people that "want" said business back are the ones that would NOT run out and buy an expensive new vehicle from them, or they'd be happy if it came back because they own an older one, or they'd buy a used one and feel more comfortable about their purchase. In the end, it would fail. There has to be demand, and my generation doesn't care about 1 company that offers 35 different "brands" under the same big company. It's confusing, inneficient, and dumb.

My best friend had a 6.6L Screaming Eagle TA back in the day, and it was one badass car!! We can thank the movie Smokey & The Bandit for making the TA a classic!!
