I feel as thought I gained 5 pounds this weekend... to many parties lol
I am gonna try to wait 2 weeks till my next weigh in so I see a bigger loss, then I will be happy lol the waiting is gonna kill me to see where I am at

Yeah I try not to look at the scale too much because weight can fluctuate on a day to day basis. Good luck! Keep us posted!

Wow, the Camaro record is well over 200MPH I believe. We saw the guys do it back in October. Some speed shop with a 419 ci motor, Kenne Bell blower, meth injection, the works.

Well my friend has a twin turbo set up and i think they plan to have 1300 rwhp by then and to break the record. Idk. I just said I'd show up.

Just finishing up 30 mins. On the tread mill for the morning. Today was a test to see if I would wake up our son in the early morning while working out. He's still asleep!!! Now back to mommy mode for the day.

The scale said that I've lost 4 pounds. My jeans feel looser. I'll be going out this week to purchase my dress. We'll see what the tape measure says (I've been measured once already). Time to purchase as I am & have it altered.

My husband came in before leaving for work & saw my iPad fit on the tread mills little shelf. I'll have to keep my iPad charged up, he might do the same thing.

Kudos to you for the morning workout! I'm glad your son slept!! Congrats on the four pounds! I bet you will definately see an inches lost! Good luck dress shopping!

Thats a good idea with the ipad and the treadmill! You gotta do whats going to keep you motivated and interested in the workout!

Dumb bell military press - 65 9/8/8

Dumb bell front raise - 50 8/8/8

Cable lateral raise 10 10/10/10

Dumb bell shrugs 120 40/35/35

Front rack chin (pronated grip) bodyweight 23/13/13

Hammer Strength Cable Lat Pull - 180 10/9/9

Hammer Strength Cable Row - 170 9/9/8

Hammer Strength under chin rope pull 85 9/8/8

Meals today (carb day)

6am - protein shake and vitamins

7-8:30 gym

9am - protein shake / 1/2 bagel

12pm - grilled chicken breast / 1/4 cup low fat cheddar / 2 cups green beans / 1 cup whole grain brown rice

3pm - carbmaster yogurt / apple / 1/4 cup almonds

6pm - protein shake 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

7:30pm - grilled chicken / Velveta shells and cheese with ground turkey 1 cup / spinach salad

Yesterday: P90X Plyometrics

Breakfast-ezekiel bread with peanut butter

snack - grapes with 5 mini rice cakes

Lunch - 1 serv. left over low fat chicken and veggie enchilada cassarole

snack - apple sauce, with 8 mini rice cakes

after workout snack - 1 kashi bar

dinner 1 low fat skinny taste sloppy joe and a small side salad w/ low fat vinagrette.

^^^ I'm thinking you need more protein. Especially first thing in the morning when you get up. Add in some egg whites with that bread. Like 3-4 at least.

I seem to remember you had issues with the protein shakes, but if you can find one you can tolerate, adding one of those in late in the day would be good as well.
