I wonder how much my insurance would cover, on a new paint job. i have a $250 deductable...i could use a whole new paint job.

What's the fun in that? Cars are made to be driven. It would be different if the Camaro was a $200k exotic but it's a mass produced automobile and far from being a rare collectible.

Then have it painted, set up a shrine with candles around it in the garage and only drive it once a month. Rock chips are gonna happen on any car that's driven regularly.
