Nope, my tires and some other stuff I got first. I think only chassis stuff Im gonna do it SFCs and thats it. I dont really have wheel hop like the V8s so I dont think I really need LCAs and a PHB

That will help alot just on the street. You don't really need the PHR & LCAs unless you're going to do alot of track stuff.
