Ok, just made an ass of myself and assumed...RS Indy. Well, take a weapon from he armory to the local FedEx Kinkos, something like a MK-19. That'll get their attention...LoL, and probably you on the news! May speed up your claim, though.

If that were the case he wouldnt be in constant contact with me, and he wouldnt have submitted a claim to fed ex. I called them to ensure that he did, and he did.

Man, FedEx must process 1,000's of claims per day. Six days is nothing. Their turnaround time is probably 60-90 days. My office just had a female sailor return from IA at Gitmo last year. When did you finish?

That is no way to ship a wheel to keep it from being damaged. Sorry for your situation. The damage on the wheel cannot be buffed out. It would have to be refinished. Fedex should make it right though.

Commits weekly crime

Maybe I missed it earlier on the thread, but you were getting a new set of wheels/tires from Anthony. So, what happened to the old set? I'd use those if you still had them...

Whats crazy about it is most popsters are acting like its "fishy" or some b.s...believe me I would MUCH rather have these mounted and just fine vs. having to battle to get em fixed, but I paid hard earned money for them, they should make it right
