I don't know?!?! It crashed on me too days ago right in the middle of my work, and comes to find out our system was having problems. So yesterday I did hard reboots when I came in and everything was fine. This morning I only got into my outlook to clean it out and it froze. I had nothing else open. Did a hard reboot and got the blue screen of death, then did another and it was the black screen of hell?!?! IT guy came in and said "WTF did you do?" "Hell if I know?!?!" Stumped our help desk too. I must have worked too hard on it.
