Ya I'm sure. Actually it depends what part of Texas ur talking about. In my area ur looking at $500,000+ for new construction homes. We wanted to move out our current house and buy a new construction less then a mile from my house and prices start at 490's. U go down like towards other parts of sugarland and prices are cheaper but u would still be forking out close to $300,000.

Lots of ppl are moving to Texas. I see so many cars with out of state tags on the freeway these days. Traffic is starting to worse and worse.
