i listen to R&B the most, but recently i've been listening to BPM (house music) on xm radio. also a fan of country, pop, hip hop, whatever category Linkin Park is in. lol Oldies and rock. not a huge fan of that screaming stuff...

edit: and most recently, dubstep.

Agreed. I am a rock guitarist at heart, however I have played in jazz bands, country bands and even some metal bands

i grew up on country. both my sister and i were. my sister moved on to hip hop/R&B while i was still stuck on country. i remember telling her i would never like that crap. lol this was when i was around 12. a couple years later, i started listening to hip hop

I grew up listening to mainly rock and then I got into Metal and Hard Rock as a teen. Went to quite a few good concerts during that time too. During HS I started listening to a mixture of R&B & Hip Hop and got into Country shortly after I graduated. Not the crap they call Country now, but actual Country music. Cash, Hank, Travis Tritt, etc. I loathe house techno music and can't get into it and I've listened to it on quite a few occasions.
