P90X Plyo in the books for yesterday. I feel like I'm trying to come down with a cold/sinus infection... Feel terrible in the morning but in the afternoons I feel alright. Hoping I can push through.

When I get to feeling bad, I take alot of vitamins and try to sweat it out! and if that don't work, just rest till you feel better, but sweating it out usually works for me! Hope you feel better!

It's been awhile since I've been here. Life has been full. One things is off the "To do" list?

Sunday the tread mill has made it back into the house, minus the cord. I found a different way to make it work until I find the cord.

I have to order my dress next week, ugh! I've just started to loose weight, 2 pounds. time to get moving!

That B12 suggestion was the ticket Mrs. Bonnie. I have felt great the past week after starting it. I mentioned it to a gal at the gym and she came up and thanked me today saying she felt 100% different too. I told her I couldn't take credit that a "friend" told me about it LOL.

Today was shoulders and back. Back width was good, but back thickness I struggled. Spent too many hours leaned over the engine bay the past couple nights working on the Challenger. MUST GO FASTER LOL

Dumb bell military press (over head press) - 65 8/8/8
Dumb bell front raise - 45 10/10/10
Cable side raise - 10 10/10/10 (going heavier kills some tendon in my shoulder?)
Dumb bell shrug - 120 40/35/35 (gym doesn't have any heavier so I have to keep adding reps)
Front rack chin (pull ups) - body weight 23/13/12
Hammer Strength Cable Lat Pull - 180 10/9/8
Hammer Strength Cable row - 160 8/-/- (gave out on this one)
Cable under chin rope pull - 70 8/8/8 (down from 85 last week)

Meals today:

I popped up at 5:15am before my alarm went off. This B12 is doing the business!

6am protein shake and vitamins (flax seed, multi, ryr, B12)

7-8:30 gym

9am - protein shake / buddy fruit / one cup coffee

12pm - 6oz flank steak / 2 cups brocolli / 1 cup rice

3pm - carbmaster yogurt / apple / 1/4 cup almonds

6pm - protein / 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

7:30pm - rotisserie chicken 6oz / spinach salad

Oi Vey my abs are on FIREEEEE!!

The first workout regime I vet did was Total Body Sculpt by Gilad. And since then I've moved on to P90X and Insanity. So since today was supposed to be my rest day but I worked out with a friend yesterday and spent most of it helping her with her form I felt like I needed another workout. So I was like hey I'll do Gilad it will be easy! NOT! Lunge after lunge, squat after squat my legs were fried. Then we did some jabs an variations so my abs were burning. I was like I remember this being easy. Oh well. I felt like I got my ass kicked today and it was great. Then I go to put my skinny jeans on to go to class and they at loose. I was like AWWWWW YEAHHHHHH!! Been a good fitness day for me that's fo sho. Never under estimating a workout again.

On a funny note my cat thinks its funny to come sit right under me when I do lunges and squats and pushups and you can't sho her!! Cracks me up but I think I'm gonna have to lock her out of the workout room from now on, lol.

3/8/12: Weights today all Supersets burned 386 calories, In Zone 141 to 155 for 20 mins arms are dragging a bit right now kinda hard to type. Weighed in at 398 still so no gain think it is muscle growth time again. One tidbit...
I love losing weight, only thing i dont like about it is when im walking and my underwear falls off.

Dont let your underwear fall off.

Thanks. I wish all I had left to loose was 2 pounds. I just started to loose weight. I'd like to loose 40 - 45 pounds (inches would be great!!!)

Ideally, it would have been better if I started back in November, but we working on our house from morning till night until just a few days ago. I now have some more time to be able to focus on me & loosing weight.

I jumped on the tread mill for 40 minutes last night. Yeah! Now to figure out which dress to buy. I hope I'm not cutting it too close.

Have a great day! Hope it's sunny outside today .

I've actually gained 5lbs in the last month but my skinny jeans are falling off, i'm wearing smaller shirts. Your right, weight is misleading.
