Oh...our sizes are different...I wear a 3 .So not sure of what a 29 is...but I'm sure it's tiny as I've seen you and you are tiny.

Alot of jeans here are based on waist/hip (or were ever the band rests) size. I wear a size 29 jean which translates to a size 6.

5 x 15 leg extensions

superset

Cardio, I do this:



Treadmill



Warm up walking for 5 minutes.



Incline 1 and speed of 2.0 lunge for 1 minute

Incline 1 and speed of 6.5 sprint for 1 minute

Incline 1 and speed of 2.0 lunge for 2 minutes

Incline 1 and speed of 6.5 sprint for 1 minute

Incline 1 and speed of 1.5 walking squats to right for 1 minute

Incline 1 and speed of 6.5 sprint for 1 minute

Incline 1 and speed of 1.5 walking squats to right for 1 minute

Incline 1 and speed of 6.5 sprint for 2 minutes





Get off Treadmill and do this:



Stairmaster



Level 3 facing front for 3 minutes

Level 10 facing front for 2 minutes

30 pop squats

20 wide high jumps

Level 3 facing front for 3 minutes







Get back on treadmill:



Incline 3 and speed of 2.0 lunge for 1 minute

Incline 3 and speed of 6.5 sprint for 1 minute

Incline 3 and speed of 2.0 lunge for 2 minutes

Incline 3 and speed of 6.5 sprint for 1 minute

Incline 3 and speed of 1.5 walking squats to right for 1 minute

Just finished the first part, gonna eat my 2nd meal take a break, then its cardio up my driveway, sprints down the street, and i have a stairmaster in my game room, I've got to go into work for a client in a little while so I have to get it all done and we bowl tonight! uggh, I hate being on a time schedule on my day off! But I WILL get this finished!

No, lol... not all at once, but just gonna let my food settle then its cardio time, its a good time of day to do it, kids are at school,
most of my neighbor's are at work and its a beautiful day!
