Lots of coffee?

I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 5:30 but I'm used to it. I couldn't sleep after my workout, brain was wired!

I'm used to getting up around 530-545 every day. but I'm up at reserves this weekend so in addition to working thru friday, I drove up here that night and then did my PT test yesterday morning, then was up late last night. Working now, but will be leaving in a few hours to drive home :(
