Just the headaches and blood sugar get me. The rest is easy. I love working out and pushng myself to the limits. That part doesn't bother me.

I pushed out a 5 mile in 34:02!!
I could hardly do a 12 minute mile when I started last August.

Back when I was in shape and ran track I ran a 6:50 mile. I was a sprinter and distance running wasn't my forte.
