That is what I am doing. Umemployment rate is up but I still can't hire a group of 10 people

No I like working in Human Resources, I just want to be doing more than phone interviews, skills testing, scheduling, orienation, and admin work. I have been doing this stuff for 5 years now.

Still waiting for them to post that new position here. They hired an intern, but they're supposed to have a full time job
