Speaking of payments.. June 28 I'll have been paying for Fenix for 2 years. Come this April 2nd I'll have survived 1 year of nursing her along since the accident.

Can't wait to finally get the funds and capital to tear her down to the bare frame and do a full late model restoration.. Panel gaps.. metal repair.. glass repair.. full strip and repaint back to the original factory WA408G code paint... and yes I actually memorized the GM paint code for my car.

Also, you dont know BBQ unless you can consistently make baby back ribs fall off the bone. It's all about the rub, and a bit of steaming in beer for 3-5 hours.. renders the meat down. toss them on the grill for 30 minutes to get a good crust on the meat with the sauce and then dig in. It's a totally different but ****ING ADDICTING flavor.

Next time I'm making them I've contemplated using the beer/juices and mixing it with the sauce for a thinner sauce to absorb back into the meat.

Yes, Zabo does know how to cook..
Must. Eat. BBRibs......

I just did a copy and paste for the hubby!! He has never cooked ribs for me, just steaks usually. My dad has done ribs and he has a smoker so I'll give them this recipe and see what they do with it. Thanks!!

Not necessarily catch up, but see you around town somewhere later. I'm only an hour from the Mexican border here so they don't mess around Yo!!

Yeah you didn't want to put the extra miles driving it to the tint shop.

We signed on a Friday night, but my car was already locked up. So, we did a pick up Sat morning and the tint place we went too was booked up so I had to wait until Monday! She stayed in the garage until then.

We've actually been published for that recipe. I'll have to ask tonight for the book and see what they have. It beat out a metric s**t ton of entries to make it into the Longaberger cook book a decade back.

We've been all but forced to enter them but the process isn't the conventional smoking kind so yeah.. they don't actually get smoked, rather steamed/stewed. Brings out the pork flavor and the flavor of the beer in the meat like beer can chicken.
