We do have a fence, a wrought iron one but it doesn't go far up enough on the side of our house and makes our backyard REALLY small. The wooden fence will be placed towards the front giving us twice as much backyard. That's where that comes in on one side. The other is going up to make a dog run for our blue heeler. This way he won't tear up our hard work and has an area for himself. But yes, we do already have fences.

That's what my dad did. He fenced the side and now our yard is HUGE.

Oh most definitely!! I wouldn't have him out there without one. The fences we are getting are going to be wood that way we get more privacy than we do with the wrought iron ones. Obviously!! That way we can drink back there and not get cited for drinking in public cuz they can see us from the front.

EXACTLY!! It makes a big difference when you maximize all that space.

I don't have that problem with neighbors they can't see me when I'm on the patio they are like 1000 feet away. But you do need privacy.

Shoot the way the houses are around here you can see from one yard into the other. You are lucky if you get a 1/4 acre when you buy a house here. Hence why the hubby and I are ready to move to Texas where they have HUGE yards and GRASS!!!! I can't wait. Right now our neighbors patio looks directly onto ours. It's the weirdest thing, but the builders that put them up are complete morons. Wish we knew that ahead of time. First time homebuyers mistake! D'Oh!
