I know they said the guy that came out will bring some things down to get it in our budget, but that's a BIG dive. I mean, we don't need 5 gallon shrubs or a 15 gallon tree. We are just sprucing the place up to put it up for rent at the end of this year or beginning of next. I wouldn't spend that kind of dough on something we don't plan on staying in, or just period. You know?!?! I told my hubby to call fencing places because we could probably do everything else ourselves. I watch plenty of DIY to see what they do and how they do it. I just didn't want us to have to bother with it. I'll call around though and see what other ppl say. I'll use this guys print out since we like what he did.

Yes you can do a lot of that yourself, landscaping is pretty easy unless you have have lot of topsoil to move around.
But when you call around don't tell the other people what this guy wants to do it for.

Nah we don't! Around here most of the landscaping is rock with shrubs and trees placed here and there. I don't think it will be too bad, but the hubby isn't handy and a breezy day would bring down any fence he constructed.

I won't!! I'll say I drew that up at work, and want to know what it would cost me to do it.

Yes-- it is hard to keep a fence in place if it's rocky and can't get deep enough into the ground to have a solid post.
