We had a phone tech come out because my POS phone turns itself into night mode whenever it wants and has been dropping calls when I'm in the middle of convos. Well, the tech and I stood at my desk watching the phone intently for like 30 min. and the damn thing never switched to night. Well, he leaves and my super comes up to talk to me and within 5 min. of her being up here we both see it switch over!!!! The tech even said it would probably switch when he left and sure enough, it did. I told my super she has to tell our equip guy that SHE saw it with her own eyes and that I wasn't crazy!! Stupid POS phone!!
