QUESTION!!
Taking into consideration where you all live I might not get much info on this. Either way......here it goes!!!

The hubby and I are getting our backyard re-landscaped because our blue heeler tore it up. Around here, grass isn't a big thing and ppl usually gravitate more towards homes that are zero to no maintenance. We are throwing around the idea of putting a small patch of grass in the back for added color. The landscaper said it would be small enough that a lawnmower won't be necessary. However, I have been looking into that rubber mulch stuff. What's y'alls take??

Like, what would draw you all to want to buy our house and taking into consideration the landscaping around this area is mostly rock!

Oh, and the rest of the house is in good shape so are appliances.
