Yes I noticed lately by all the California plates. Can you blame them? The taxes out there and the over legislation is out of control. Texas is seeing an influx of Californians also. Its the rust belt syndrome all over again.

yeah but they move here and want it the same way. it's like that with liberals from other countries. hate what they had, but they get here and want it here.
we have 3 types here now. california liberals, illegals from mexico, and hurricane katrina people that showed up and never went home.

I can't see this state ever becoming like California. There is so much hate for California even today across the board that it will take decades for that attitude to change. Its all for the better, I see more mid-westerners like me who weren't happy with how things were out there. To me this is paradise, the next best thing would be Nevada.

Give me 114 and I'm fine, give me below 30 and I'm wearing hoodies under my jacket. The worst was the freeze we had here in el paso last year....
