everything is legal here. well, I should say that nothing is not legal when it comes to cars on the road (to an extent). we've got 800hp drag queens that romp around the streets from time to time. no noise ordinances in most all counties around here either. lol

and my 94 is louder with an exhaust than the LS1 is without.
