Wake up everyone, people been slacking off for a few days?
I've been going at it like crazy, I'm about to start one more cutting phase and then will be switching to maintanance. My lifts are almost at their highest in several years and I am pumped. Hope everyone is doing great.

Got a few accouting exams so I probably wont get in a full workout till Wed and Thursday (after my tests)... Also going to get a sports massage cause my leg is bothering me...

I had my picture taken this weekend and I can see a huge difference in myself, i actually like looking at myself! i walk pass the mirror, then walk back and say daaaammnnnnn lol

Okay I am back to even with before the holidays for sure now. I got back into an outfit I wanted to wear to the club meet this past weekend & it is starting to show up a little on the scales. Now I just have to keep moving in the right direction.
