I am debating a Sig next. I really liked the Sig P228 back in the day, I am guessing their newer models equal or exceed the quality of that one.

Hey guys, I need a little help. I am trying to find a decent pistol in a sand color for a commemorative gun at the completion of this deployment to Afghanistan. I have found a couple of guns that I like but trying to get info from manufacurers and dealers over here is turning out to not be too easy. Can any of you fellow gun nuts help a guy out with some contact info? We are looking to purchase between 15 and 20 guns total with some engraving on the slide. Thanks in advance for the help.

Another thing you could look into is having black guns cerakoted or duracoated. They have sand camouflage patterns. Many places that apply those also might engrave. They might even cut you a deal because of so many guns.

Thanks for the info guys, most of the guns will be delivered in Hawaii, but it would be up to the individual ordering the weapon. Do you guys have anybody you would suggest. PM me if you do thanks!!

HK P30 and HK 45's are awesome, the craftsmanship is unmached by any other handgun, only the Sig's come close and maybe the Springfield.

Some nice weapons in here. My car was in the Chevy Expo here in Houston this past weekend, and as luck would have it there was a gun show next door. Definitely saw some tempting stuff, including the new H&K MR762A1.

I'll try and take some pics of mine to post up.

How does the HK compare to other AR's you've shot?

That's actually a .22 I bought for my kids. It's an HK authorized replica of the 416 built by Walther and imported by a company called Umarex. It's actually built really solid, and is fun to shoot.
