I pay $150 for indoor. The way I see it is that I pay $525 base for my apartment, so I'm still under $700 for a place to live with a garage in walking distance. It would cost me minimum $900 to get a place with a garage here in Phoenix.

Exactly. But it would still be better than parking it in the community lot. I need to price inside storage.

Compared to here, $900 per month is pretty good.

Probably anywhere from $120 to $150 a month for indoor.

The apartment rates in Phoenix are actually very low. In Scottsdale you pay a 50% mark up. I live literally 5 blocks outside Scottsdale....so why pay the price?

Isn't DC infamous for that though? Everyone out here wants a house, so it drives the unit prices down.
