I sent them this email, I wanted to call and yell their heads off but I decided to be polite.

"I brought my camaro in a few weeks ago to get all the wheels fixed. We have a big expo show that we are doing this weekend and upon going to pull the wheels off to detail the wheel wells we discovered that whoever put the wheels back on cross threaded all the studs, two wheels we were almost unable to get off because of this problem. Ya’ll did a great job on fixing the wheels but I just want to let you know that the problem with the studs is a big inconvenience, as well as a safety hazard and now I have to go by all new studs. I don’t know who put my wheels back on but if you could just get with them and let them know so for the next customer this can be avoided."
