My response is that it depends on how well you take care of them. The tat around my thigh has been there longer than I have been with my hubby and it's still dark black, the one on my ankle is almost 2 yrs old and the same thing. One of my back one's is still good and I got that 11 years ago. Now the one I got last summer not so good, but my cousin is just learning and I was a guinea pig so I have to get that one touched up.

The first one on my back is a tribal with a heart and bubbles. The second one I got was a tribal around my upper thigh, the 3rd is a tribal around my ankle with my sons name on it, and the 4th is an Aristotle quote in the middle of my back. I plan to get some color when I do my side wrap. It's going to be AWESOME!! I have a pic saved on my comp at home of what it is. Real girly though.
